RemoteLink History

Established in 1995 in Naperville, Illinois, with the belief that better communication means better collaboration. Better collaboration launches businesses and their people into healthier relationships and gets the job done faster.

From the start of our first product launch “PCC Messaging Service”, a network voicemail system serving transient people in North America, RemoteLink understood accessibility, reliability and user-ability would be the main ingredients to our success for many service offerings to come.

RemoteLink’s growth over the next 3 years expanded our customer base to the thousands. Our IVR (Interactive Voice Response) products served the retail industry, helping keep track of inventory, payroll, and quality control in over 6000 retail chain stores in North America.

Responsiveness to our clients’ needs and short delivery time have always been key components for RemoteLink. Our very first teleconferencing product was built in response to a client request! High standards and difficulty finding a company that could meet their requirements brought them to our doorstep, where they had already received results they desired. RemoteLink designed, developed and deployed within a 30-day deadline using the RemoteLink proprietary network and our proprietary software platform. This service was eventually named 123Teleconference.

With a desire to do good and extend our depth of service and development capabilities, RemoteLink established RemoteLink Philippines, Inc. in San Pablo City, Laguna, in 2007. RemoteLink Philippines’ slogan is “In Business for Good”, chosen based on the objectives to provide opportunities in places where opportunity is scarce. RemoteLink Philippines hires individuals of high character to be trained in various forms of technology – from data entry to WEB design to custom application development using advanced programming languages.

As an international business, the need to effectively collaborate across time zones, language, and culture is critical. Using common systems and establishing BPM (Business Process Management) methodologies keeps RemoteLink and its affiliates profitable. Our expertise in collaboration over the past 16 years, both domestically and internationally, has positioned us well for the future.

We are now sharing our experience with our clients in the area of Cloud Computing. Cloud Computing is used to share resources, software, and information via a multitude of devices (desktop computers, mobile and tablets, devices). The beauty of Software as a Services (SaaS) is that it is an elastic “on demand” service growing and shrinking intuitively, based on user needs. This scalability is breaking the previous barriers of physical location and upkeep, making more of the world attainable for business. Freeing businesses from being held hostage to hindrances like IT maintenance, software licensing and enhancement fees.
